Meeting Program: Club member "Dr. Dan" spoke to us about the world wide challenge
for clean water, it's relationship to tackling disease, and the programs ongoing in
Rotary to address the problem. Dan told us what he has learned about resources to
help address problems in Africa and his progress and making contacts with the
aim of having the club raise funds, apply for grants, and get water to at least one
village in Kenya. Dan also showed us pictures from trips he and his wife Lauren
have taken to Kenya

Dan says that the reason Pediatricians wear
bow ties is ocupational hazards -children's little surprises!

Dan spoke of his first hand experiences with the problems of clean water and sanitation in the villages of Kenya
