Meeting Program:
This was Club Assembly and President Julie announced the following:
- The Board in emergency email session authorized the donation of $1000 to support
the Haiti emergency effort. The aide will be coordinated within the District to support
the only fully functional hospital left in Haiti. The donations will go to Konbit
Sante' (which means Partnership for Health). The organization is headquartered in
Portland Maine and operates the Saint Justinian Hospital located about 100 miles from
Port-au-Prince. The hospital is organized, has emergeny plans in placeand is on site
following their plan. victims are being air-lifted to the hospital and emergency medical
teams are working in the destroyed capital city. Since 2007-2008 16 clubs in
our District have been working with Konbit Sante'
- The Free Dinner for Seniors will be Sunday March 28 at the Recreation Center
- It looks like the Taste of Kittery will be April 15, it was later last year but this year
we will be helping DG Jeff prepare for the District Conference in early May.At
this meeting we decided to have a regular Silent Auction as well as both a
wine and beer raffle

We had no speaker today, so we decided to honor the provider of our speaker books
by having Alan sign the book to be donated to the kittery Schools. It was also
mentioned that Alan's wife Melissa was a major player in our Speaker's Book
effort, so a warm "Thank you" goes out to Melissa as well
50-50 Raffle
(50% of the pot goes for club administration and 50% goes to the lucky individual if their
raffle ticket is chosen and they select the one joker hidden in the ever-decreasing deck of
