         ~ Visiting Rotarians: Honorary (and long time past member) Kittery Rotarian Lezlie Shea

         ~ Guests: Pauli Rines, Randy Lund (Kittery Branch of Edward Jones)

 

      Meeting Program:  

            Welcome Pauli!  We inducted Pauli Rines as the newest member of the Rotary Club

            of Kittery.  Pauli is the Administrator of the Kittery Adult Education Program and a

            recent Paul Harris Fellow.

               President Julie announced the invitation to support the Kittery Recreation Halloween

            party October 31st, volunteers needed (12-3 pm)

 

                 We discussed the Celebrity Waiter Dinner scheduled for November 5th. Tickets

             will be $30 and we will again have "Waiter Tip" containers for PolioPlus. We need to

             identify "Waiters" please let Sue know. Jeff Furbish has agreed to MC for us again.

 

                 December 8tth is the next available speaker date

 

 

                

      50-50 Raffle

          (50% of the pot goes for club administration and 50% goes to the lucky individual if their       

          raffle ticket is chosen and they select the one joker hidden in the ever-decreasing deck of

          cards. If the joker is not drawn then the pot rolls over to the next week). 

 

         President Julie won the raffle but drew the 4 of spades, she lost $381.50, the pot

         grows larger and the deck grows smaller.
