The Club donates funds to the Mitchell school 3rd grade classrooms for books.
Rotary is strongly committed to literacy and one of our Club's projects if the donation of funds to the 3rd grade classrooms at Mitchell School to fund classroom books of their choosing. Today we had the pleasure of meeting with all the 3rd graders and their teachers, Club President Pam, and Club member and District School Superintendent Eric Waddell presented $100 checks to each teacher. We also had a chance to share a little about Rotary with them, and we learned about some of the service projects they were planning
