Tuesday June 25th was our Club leadership change-over day as we begin a new Rotary Year July 1st. Over two years ago Pam Gray was called upon to take the Club leadership and is finally turning that charge over to 2024-2025 Club Co-Presidents, Pauli and Brad as she takes on the new role at a District Assistant Governor. There was a Buzz of excitement in the room as her long service to the Club was recognized and celebrated!
A "departing" Club President always enters the last meeting cautiously on Change-over Day
"What are they up to??"
Seated on her "Throne" Pam listens to Brad describe her decades long resistance to taking the top club role, and her great success in leading it for the last 2 and a half years, as the "buzz" in the room builds in recognition of our "Queen Bee" ~ Here comes her Crown!"
Properly crowned as the Queen Bee, Pam gets presented with a large basket of Queen Bee Accessories as the club buzzes with excitement.
Incoming Club co-presidents Pauli and Brad share a moment of reflection
Pam turns over the Club Charter to the care of the incoming Presidents to be passed on at the end of their term.
Pam also gave them a Wand to help create the "Magic of Rotary",
Pauli presented Pam with her "Past President's Pin"
With Gratitude from a grateful Club! 2023-2024
