Meeting Program: Kendra Downs spoke about Kittery Womanade. www.kitterywomenade.org.
Kittery Womanade is a small organization with five directors who, with the aide
of friends and local organizations, churches and businesses provides one time
assistance to families in need. Working through third parties who vet the issues
they can provide help where they see one time assistance will make a
difference. They are a local 501c3 orgaization . There are several Womanade
organizations in the area communities modeled after a program started by a
woman doctor in Washingtom D.C. who began by providing assistance in
personal contributions.
50-50 Rafflle
